Returns. Exchange and Refund.
Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed.
If you are unhappy with your
purchase for any reason, you may return the unopened
product to us for a refund, replacement or credit.
Please note the following:
- Delivery and
delivery warranty cost will not be refunded.
- We cannot accept the return
of damaged or opened goods.
- Returns must be made within
10 days from the day you received your
order.
When we receive your parcel back
at our New Zealand Distribution Center, we will
process your refund. Once your refund has been
processed, you will receive an email confirmation of
that transaction. if you have paid by means of a
check or money order, a check will be issued to you
within seven to twenty-one business days from the
date you parcel was received at our New Zealand
Distribution Center.
